Staff Quoted cost for a Full Annual Physical Examination for me to self pay which includes as always, Prostate exam, Urinalysis (UA) and EKG. It was confirmed clearly that it would and I agreed and set a appointment. Upon arrive for appointment I reconfirmed cost and paid. All procedures were performed as expected. Then I get billed for these serves rendered again. Billing office saying Ireland's people were incompetent. Not my problem.
