Appointment scheduling is a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone, all day long two days straight. You get an automated message saying leave your name and number, waited two days after leaving numerous messages finally got a call back on the third day. I had made other arrangements by then. We have been with Dr Ross for 30 years, cannot get an appointment with him through the phone system. Even tried the patient portal message states not operational anymore, to call his office for further instructions. That is a joke can’t get anyone on the phone.
