Patient Reviews

There is no staff for resolving billing issues, you can't raise any dispute and escalate our issues.because as per them they always correct.I went for some procedure I got call from their staff that I have to pay $100 upfront before procedure ,I paid it,later they sent me $100 bill again for separate doctor charges, they don't inform us that there will be two different charges I need to bear, because that was not their facility.Already my insurance covered $3000 for that procedure and as per insurance I need to bear only $100 which I already paid.Their staff not clearly describe what patient has to pay later it is surprise for patient. If I was aware about it I definitely go for stamford hospital where I don't have to bear extra $100 and facility is 100% better than their.Because previous procedure I did their I don't have to bear extra cost with excellent staff and facilities.Though Dr.Rosemarin is quite polite but this is second time I am facing billing issue from their staff.
