I'm very disappointed with my parents' experience with this office, particularly regarding the billing.They were charged an additional $75 per visit even though their insurance representative explained to us that, based on their coverage and deductible status, they should not have been charged that amount beyond the applicable copay. We contacted the office billing department to clarify the discrepancy, but the explanation we received did not match what the insurance representative told us.What concerned us even more was the difficulty we had getting a clear answer. The office appeared reluctant to speak with the insurance company directly, and when we tried to call again to clarify the billing and claims, the call was ended before we could get a satisfactory explanation.As patients, we should be able to trust that claims are being submitted correctly and that we are being charged according to our insurance benefits.
