On 4/28/2020, I had a virtual visit with Dr. Jacob Coleman. I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy with Cataplexy between year 2000-2005. My medical records for the diagnosis have been lost or destroyed. I explained this to Dr. Coleman and he told me that he had no record of my having this disorder so we should just focus on what was most important, the sleep apnea. How dare he determine for me which is more important, the sleep apnea or narcolepsy/cataplexy. I asked him if he could just order another sleep study test which he refused. He stated that sleep study test are not reliable and that I have bad sleep hygiene. Dr. Coleman doesn't even have the compassion of a gnat. He didnt want to discuss narcolepsy and when I expressed that I would be leaving the visit without my concerns being addressed, he just said he had to go because he was already over the time. No solution has been given to me yet. His rating is less than one star.
