Update…… Within minutes of posting the truth on my review I was contacted by Kayla on on a recorded phone call. Kayla stated that she ALREADY took care of waving charges and that I had a zero balance. She stated in a recorded phone call that she would email me a statement proving that my balance had been waived due to the poor treatment that I received. 2 hours later I have received no email from her so there are more stories she told that are false. Now it is the end of the business day and still no email from the “administrator “ Kayla. Kayla has lied to me more than once and I have proof. Worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office. An employee called me and told me they had two different ways to schedule an appointment. One of the 2 ways causes huge charges that are hundreds of dollars above what the copay should be. The other method is charged at the stated $25 copay. She called me after they booked my first appointment that they added huge charges to then told me how She could book the next appointment at the $25 copay price. This employee cancelled my appointment scheduled for the next day after I had already stopped taking blood thinning medicine for 5 days. That put me at risk for having another stroke but they could care less. I then spoke to the administrator Kayla and she was angry at the employee and said that their employee lied to me. Kayla said she would look into waving the extra charges that they were not transparent about and Kayla failed to call me the next day as she said she would “try” to do. What an unprofessional “administrator”! At my first appointment with Dr Abraham all he was doing was telling lame jokes about my name being famous and asking me to sing a song because my name is the same as a famous singer. Dr Abraham never once asked about the pain I am experiencing, he just tried to get a laugh out of his staff by telling lame and pathetic “jokes”! They tried to play games regarding my healthcare and that is pathetic. Find a healthcare provider that actually cares about your health if you want to get better!
