First of all, the waiting room is FREEZING. They all seem to be aware of it yet no one can do anything about it. It took me forever to get in for my permanent crown even though the crown had come in weeks prior. Then a long appointment with the assistant, who struggled to get fit right. The crown is still too tight at top and too loose at gum. My husband also had a negative experience with taking forever to get in. They send us several reminders to come in yet their hygenists don't show up and our time is wasted. On a positive note, the staff at front desk is extremely professional and friendly. We asked for our records and changed dentists. We will not return.
