I scheduled surgery but due to poor health I had to reschedule and now I am trying to cancel and get a refund due to my chronic conditions. The doctor refused to refund my $32,900 and I never received a copy of the forms that I signed at the consult or even a receipt even after phone requests. My endocrinologist wrote a letter, but they refuse to give me any email to submit the letter. They also refused to email me copies of the paperwork that I signed, making it very difficult for me to get my money back. My credit card company is aware of the fraudulent charge and I’m hoping that I will not have to get an attorney involved.
