Started off great. Went in because I was having issues with two crowns from the previous dentist Dr Patel. They examined me and determined the best way to fix it was to get new crowns. Time limit wasn’t met to be able to use insurance. Pooler parkway dental and Dr Solomon agreed to use the insurance price plus a little extra off since I was having to pay out of pocket. That was great and we signed the paperwork and got everything going for the new crowns. Went to my appointment to get the permanent crowns put on and one wasn’t fitting the way Dr Solomon liked so he said they would redo that one. Ok good I thought. The assistant was able to get the crown on and trimmed it down so the bite was good. At this point she ask Dr Solomon if he wanted to use it since she got it on but he said they would get a new one. Went through the scan and everything. The assistant said just call in a couple weeks to schedule the appointment to get the new one installed. Little fishy, Still Waiting! 9 weeks
