I was a patient of Dr. Dean's since 2021 and still would be if it hadn't been for my family relocating to the east coast. She was always amazingly patient and thorough, listened to my questions and concerns, and ordered thorough blood and urine workups. The wait times were never obscene, I think the longest I ever had to wait for my appointment was 40 minutes, and that only because I didn't write down the correct time and showed up too early. The waiting room staff, scheduler, and even her assistant were always friendly, responsive, and welcoming. It really breaks my heart and is killing me to find a new rheumatologist who actually cares in Tennessee.
