30 Years ago Dr. Rosen was my Orthodontist and put in a permanent lower retainer. Now, the retainer is falling off and when I called to get this fixed the very rude office staff told me that they are busy (due to Covid) and I need to go elsewhere. Seriously??? This is how they treat a patient that is willing to come back 30 years later. And this wire is poking me and I am told it will be a long wait to get it fixed. Really nice. Dr. Rosen is terrific, her staff stinks! My 2 teenagers need braces, I am not sure I want to deal with her staff for 2 years so we decided to take them elsewhere for ortho. Based on today's experience (and other bad experiences like it), I know it was the right decision.
