Dr. Grant is very knowledgeable about the field that she works in but her interpersonal skills seem to be on the lesser end of the spectrum. She lets you know all of the information in one go but the way she goes about giving you the information is a bit disconnected. I get that a person needs the information being given but there could be a way to communicate this information without the patient feeling belittled and a lesser person.
