A patient actually defecated in their waiting room because they would not share their "private" toilet for the "emergency" and they "don't have a key for the "public bathroom" in their building. This patient didn't even get to see the doctor, and I am quite sure the experience was highly distressing. I had the experience of taking two dear family friends to see Dr. Syed, on dial a ride, as I was helping the family to teach these women how to do this as it made them very anxious. Dr. Syed has not had a bathroom for his patients, or their caregivers for months, and there is nothing within walking distance. So if a patient doesn't have a vehicle, too bad. When I asked why there is not a facility for patients, Patti and Dr. Syed individually stated "they don't have a key", and apparently, this does not bother them one bit. When I asked them individually, if in an emergency, they would share their private bathroom, they both stated "NO". I wouldn't take my dog to someone that was t
