Dr. Jakub was extremely unprofessional and aggressive in his demeanor and tone after I had asked for clarity on my father's treatment plan. Due to miscommunication and translation error and language barriers I was confused about my father's treatment plan. What turned out to be miscommunication could have been easily addressed had he answered questions asking about clarity regarding my father's treatment. Instead, Dr. Jakub became visibly upset, using an aggressive tone, and condescending demeanor and accused me the child of the patient from having a different agenda. Only to come to find out that my brother had forgotten to update my mother and I on the treatment plan + language barriers caused confusion. Dr. Jakub was visibly angry. Instead of patiently answering my questions. Dr. Jakub accused me of having another agenda when the entire time it was miscommunication which again could have been cleared up quite easily had he taken the time to hear me out rather than interrupt me.
