I’ve had to call several times to set up a surgery that I have already been waiting on since July of this year. Then when I finally got in to see Doc after waiting an hour on the dot and taking off work all the while being under the impression I would be having the procedure done that day the Doc comes in takes 2 pictures of the area and then tells me “we will call you to set up an appointment/surgery”. So now it’s halfway through September and I’m still waiting for that call. The 1 nurse Emily is very nice, professional and curtious but as far as that practice this has been about the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! If it wasn’t so hard to get in to seeing Doctors right now I would have went a different route months ago.. Still no surgery in sight either.
