Scheduled my annual physical (which is covered by insurance). The doctor asked me questions for which I answered. Apparently if you talk about anything, it is no longer a physical and they charged me for a regular appointment. I also had a follow up appointment (before i knew I was charged) which I was supposed to talk about my bloodwork from my annual physical. Low and behold, I was charged YET AGAIN. When i called the receptionist to discuss, you could tell that she was not empathetic and appeared to be confused as my physical was not labelled as a physical. I will just say that 'Patient Lost'. Word to the wise...when you are going to this doctor for your physical..keep your eyes forward and your mouth shut.
