According to my reading the surgery should have taken two-four hours. My recovery nurse exclaimed, "that was so quick. I've never seen this surgery completed in less than an hour and a half. The reason was because Dr. MacDougal didn't take the time to adjust my shoulder properly; hence, my right shoulder is visibly two inches shorter than my left, and my right arm is three plus inches shorter then my left. He powerfully denounced my complaint, and said this is normal. None of my reading orthopedic or medical journals confirmed this distortion as normal. He refuses to help me solve this aberration.
