Jim is absolutely a stand-up guy & a great doctor. His administrative staff - not in the least bit. Not only was I wrongfully charged for a deductible that does NOT exist, but apparently verifying insurance means misinterpreting information and ripping off the patient. After multiple talks with my insurance, I was reassured each time that I was covered at 100%. Each person I talked to at the front desk & in billing not only told me the opposite, but attested that my insurance was verified which based on my insurance was done incorrectly. Now, not only do I have to wait until a claim is processed from my visit for my refund, but I also have to believe I actually will be refunded the money paid for a scammed deductible after my insurance pays 100% for my visit. As much as I liked Jim as a doctor, I will NOT return for a visit as his administrative staff is apparently doing something wrong.
