I cannot leave a review for Doctor Frank because his outrageously incompetent back office staff was unable to schedule me for a colonoscopy for more than a month. I received a referral from my primary care physician for an urgent colonoscopy and was seen the next day in a virtual visit by one of his PAs to explain the procedure. I was promised a call by the scheduler to schedule the procedure. More than a month later, and multiple calls to the office to get an appointment, and I still don't have one because the scheduler won't call me back. If this is the way they treat someone who has an urgent referral, just imagine how poorly they must treat someone who is going for regular preventative care. Zero stars.
