The doctor was fine, he explained procedure to me adequately. the problem is the office worker. She did not have her surgery schedule with her the day of my appointment and did not give me a needed prescription. The next day she called and scheduled the procedure, she was to e-mail me and also mail the prescription to me. I called 5 days later telling her I did not get the prescription, she just stated she mailed it. Two days later I still did not get the prescription by mail or e-mail.
