Having inherited Dr. Mangan when my hematologist left UCSD, I have seen him 3 x; it was obvious he had NOT reviewed my chart prior to entering the exam room as he asked a really ignorant question that is clearly & obviously explained in my medical record! He ordered tests that cannot provide the information he needed; specifically, he ordered scans when surgically removing a lymph node is the MOST accurate way to definitively know what is going on!
