On both of my appointments I requested diabetic shoes. NO ANSWER! I showed him the only shoes I had to wear and on my feet that didn't hurt my feet were nearly broken. I asked him what kind of shoes I should buy that wouldn't hurt my feet. NO REPLY! He cut my toe nails round with irregular edges ,now I have an ingrown toe nail! He also used his painful pounding "healing machine "on my feet. Now I have heel pain! I never never had either of these conditions in my entire life! Before what was supposed to be my 3ed appointment my right shoe broke. I called the office and asked for him to send a perscribion for diabetic shoes to a home medical supplier. I was told he couldn't do that because he hadn't done a diabetic foot exam. I said "that's on Dr Pouillion, use the results from the test done by my primary care doctor. They refused and LIED to me saying that I never asked for diabetic shoes! Needless to say I won't go back to that office! I have a picture of that horrible nails job taken immediately after that appointment, outside of his office should this come into question.
