Dr. Anderson is a very thorough and good doctor. The reason for my low rating is because I have been getting the run around to have injections for 6 months due to a staff member either not doing her job or not doing it correctly. I have done everything required on my part to get these injections, but the person who puts in the referrals to have the procedure, has not done her part. It's very frustrating when you keep making calls, and leaving messages just to get no response. However, when I did actually get to speak to her I was told that since it had been a few months since I was seen in the office that I needed to be seen again before my insurance would pay for the injections. Well if she would have done her job in the first place then I would have already had these injections and I wouldn't be writing this review. A patient shouldn't have to work harder to get a procedure done than the actual employee who is getting paid. Another issue I have is how long you have to sit in the office just to be seen. I've had to wait 2-3 hours to be seen which is very unacceptable and very unprofessional to say the least.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Anderson, Susan, and their staff. My first visit I was initially skeptical because the office is slightly dated BUT this just goes to show you can’t judge a book by its cover. Dr. Anderson was thorough and quick witted. With in moments of starting my exam I felt a sense of confidence because it was clear he KNOWS what he’s doing! And he’s willing to do the legwork to make sure my next doctor has a full picture not just paintbrushes and paint. Every time I call or have a question or problem they’re quick to help or get me to who I need to talk to. I LOVE having a doctors office that follows up with me before I have to follow up with them.

Honestly these people can’t get it together. They found something on my thyroid back in May . Had and ultrasound in the beginning of June and I’m still waiting on my referral to the specialist. I’ve called several times to no avail. They deserve less no stars
