Patient Reviews
Apr 13, 2024
Dr Jex is a very friendly personable doctor but misses the mark on patient care. I had him as a Primary care physician for slightly over a year. He does not dig deep into medical issues and concerns. He failed to diagnose several issues I was experiencing and seems more comfortable with simple medical problems. In fact his major problem is the inability to aggressively seek the cause of issues and every visit seemed to be very substandard. He doesnt seem to read notes from previous visits and does not act on known information. My wife also used him as a primary care physician. In her case for example she was diagnosed with a hernia and his advice was to simply push the bulge back in place. His follow up was atrocious. His 'sins of omisssion' could cost someone their life. If you have simple concerns he's 'probably' adequate. Anything more complicated i would seek more competent care. In fairness he's probably overwhelmed by too many patients.
