Dr. James Jones, MD

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. James R. Jones, a psychiatrist at HIIMS. At first, he was friendly and seemed caring, but after I paid for the consultation, his attitude changed. He became hard to reach, and there was no follow-up care. I also noticed that Dr. Jones asked a lot of questions that seemed unnecessary and more about his own curiosity rather than being relevant to the evaluation or my care. This made me feel like the consultation wasn't focused on my needs. Dr. Jones also seemed to make decisions based on his personal opinions rather than clear, evidence-based information, which made me question his judgment. The most frustrating part was how his behavior shifted after I paid. Before the payment, he acted like he genuinely cared about my well-being, but after that, he seemed distant and unhelpful. Because of his lack of follow-up care, unnecessary questions, unclear advice, and change in attitude, I would not recommend Dr. James R. Jones. A psychiatrist should treat patients with respect, communicate clearly, and provide proper care, but this was not my experience.
