I've always had a good relationship with Dr. Reis thought he was a good Dr. Then I had a billing problem called to the billing department which was 1st mistake. She wouldn't hear no part of what I was trying to tell her. So I paid bill got a phone call week later paid to much said send check back I will issue another check. Received check back on Friday got a phone call on Monday from office collections wanted me to pay bill!! Told her they don't communicate well. Michelle was lady I was dealing with not a bit friendly. So I call office manager to tell her about her staff 2nd mistake. Got a letter 4 days later that he will no longer see me as a patient been with him since he got back to town. I believe that because I called questioned them and was right that's why I got fired as a patient. I guess moral to story don't question the billing department or have words with Jill the office manger. Office staff there is rude,and they don't make mistakes just ask them
