Doctor Walko is a consummate professional - highly trained, highly communicative, easy to trust. However, his staff member "Darlene" is the kind of gatekeeping nightmare that doomed businesses employ. She's a toxic, combative person who does performative obstruction instead of her job as receptionist. Don't call after 3:30 on Monday, or after noon on Tuesdays? I guess she's a lazy sack, too. They lost my business over their receptionist. What a waste. Total trash.
