Patient Reviews
Nov 25, 2023
My appt with Dr Westervelt went relatively well. He seemed to understand my issues and we spoke about surgery. Then I had to deal with his office about setting it up and answering any questions I had about day , time and insurance. His office is a complete mess. It’s hard to get through on the phone or to have anyone call you back. When I was finally able to speak with someone I got the rudest woman who was completely unprofessional, I believe her name is Andiene Coates. Then all of a sudden she started yelling at me on the phone , I put her on the speaker phone so my wife could hear this. She didn’t want to help me any more and then just hung up. Both my wife and I are professionals and we would never allow anyone in our office to speak to customers in that manner. I tried several times to call back and make sure my surgery was cancelled. There was no way I was going to be treated this way and if the Dr allows this type of behavior from his staff I don’t want to deal with him. I lost all confidence in him and his office, I could see all sorts of problems arising with the incompetence of dealing with this office.
