First, every staff member was friendly, professional and courteous. The environment feels homey while still being appropriate for a medical office. The wait time was short, and the nurse was very thorough. Dr. Groh was a wonderful surprise...she was on time, respectful and informative. I learned more in 30 minutes with Dr. Groh than I have in 25 years of annual visits with another dermatologist. I also appreciate how careful she was to make me comfortable as she examined my skin...so I will no longer dread derma appointments! I am also confident that no one here will try to upsell me on products, or take skin biopsies unless actually needed.
