I got my HRT care here and was really scared going in. Dr. Feldman was cold and to the point, treated me very much as a medical case, not a person, and didn't practice 'bedside manner' whatsoever. For my very first HRT injection, Feldman and 2 other people stood over me in the room. My consent for observation was only asked for by 1 of them, the other just... stood there watching. I had a panic attack after the appointment because I was so overwhelmed and uncomfortable. I was also told I'd receive a follow up at the 1 month mark... That did not happen. I still haven't been checked in on for labs or to see how I'm doing on this life changing medication. I wish there were more providers at this location.
