Dr. Bigelow was a disappointment. I had high hopes after our first visit, she is very knowledgeable. After awhile, while interacting with her staff and the only sleep clinic she refers her patients to, CA Center for Sleep Disorders, I realized they were incompetent and they each pointed fingers at each other when things went array. I had to get my insurance company involved because paperwork was not being processed, and even my insurance company was surprised at their inefficiencies. Very very frustrating and finally gave up and went to the Peninsula Sleep Clinic in Burlingame, and my sleep study was done within 1 week, with excellent service and support. They cared.
