She was irritated I took a call from my Cardiologist during my appointment. It lasted 30 seconds and I had been waiting for several months on this call. She left the room and was gone for about 10 to 15 minutes and when she came back she told me I should have let it go to voice mail. She told me she had other patients. I have been waiting since May for that phone call. She had no empathy and made me upset. No understanding of a person in pain for 7 months waiting for surgery. It was hurtful.
