Dr Horner is self righteous and doesn’t know what she is talking about. I am post radical mastectomy with saline implants. She stated once you have implants no further care is needed. Your considered cured. She refused to provide any diagnostic tests. Obviously doesn’t know FDA and manufacturers recommend every 2 year screening for implant rupture. She actually laughed at me.
