I went in for what I thought was a routine cleaning but when I wa in the chair I was advised that I am not now qualified for routine cleanings. And this was explained to me, which it wasn’t. So now I lose my insurance benefits of 2 free cleaning because a deep cleaning was administered and now I have to go every 3-4 months to maintain my mouth. While I was getting the procedure the hygienist kept saying that it was explained and that I signed something to that fact. I’ve never had this done in my life so I didn’t know what to expect. I said that I will think about scheduling another appointment and when I checked out asked what my next appointment would cost and they said they would get back to me and did not.
