Dr. Keller is a doctor you really like to visit (especially when sick) because she is very thorough, very quick to assess and come up with a plan, very up to date on meds and techniques -- all the while being very calm and conversational. If she's in a hurry, you wouldn't know it. She takes her time, she listens carefully, she responds to questions, and all questions are welcome. She's an excellent doctor in every way and along every dimension. My fear is that she's so excellent that Kaiser is going to divert her more and more to admin duties and away from dealing with patients.
