I had an appointment with this office and they abruptly rescheduled my appointment with little to no notice. This violated laws bc they did not give me a fair notice. When I explained to them that I couldnt do that bc of the ice storm they FORCED a $100 cancellation fee on me. I told them I would have to re scheduld bc there was no onr to watch my kids. Family denistry? I think not. So what they advertise is completely false. They had no compassion whatsoever for my situation and i was forced to drive there. So as you can imagine I was pretty upset. I used vulger language with them but I never made any sort of threat. They didnt like that I had a bad attitude so you know what they do? Send me a letter in the mail saying they can no longer see me. My wife and I are contacting the state and BBB. I would not go here. Dont let the 5 starts fool you. They just ask their patients to leave reviews so their stars dont go down. I assure you this review will never leave and I will be posting a review on their fb page. Worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. Completely unprofessional.

My family loves Dr. Rowland! My kids were 6 and 8 went they started seeing her and she and her staff make them comfortable and welcome.
