Dr. Kelly treated my child for constipation. During two visits, she added no value, and she was generally aloof throughout the visit. She also was noticeably annoyed by my child's questions and requests. We were left with continuing uncertainty after the visit. Big waste of time for a patient in need, but a billing experience for Dr. Kelly.
