It seems like Jared and his dad Howard have the worst shared office staff in the world. Office manager is horrible. They have no compassion and provide the worst patient experience.... Put on hold for over 20 mins, then promised a call back that never happened. They will lie to your face and then offer empty apologies.They have no concern for patients and only interested in money. They refused to provide my test results with out another office visit and copay.Seems Jared's office is the B team and Howard's is the A team... ha Howard's staff did not seem surprised at the problems and poor service from Jared's office as Jared seems to only get the overflow from his dad.... Stay away
