I'm very disappointed with the care I received. I had several appointments double booked in which I had to wait several hrs. to be seen. I never felt like I was important or well taken care of and never built any trust with Dr. Harwood. I had a surgery in which clear margins were not obtained allowing my cancer to spread from it's original location. I also left the hospital after my first surgery with infections and was made to wait a month before it was taken care of and as it got worse. I was in major pain the whole time and my complaints always seemed to fall of def ears. Or was told, well, yeah, it shouldn't be that way but you have no where else to get treatment and the treatment here isn't going to change.
