My PCP moved to a practice across town, so I found Dr. Ghasemloian for my yearly physical and became a new patient with her. She was the only doctor I could find who was nearby and had appointments available less than 60 days out. Her notes are not clear and although it's very important to me to see complete and clear notes in my chart if notes are added, she refused to clarify her notes, which can be easily miscontrued and I've confirmed this with a few other opinions. I don't appreciate appearing as though I have diseases that I don't have and test results clearly show that I don't have them. I've addressed this with her and the office to no avail. It's really petty.
