I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I spent thousands of dollars on a treatment that Dr. Bruce recommended, but unfortunately, it yielded no results. There was no follow-up or assistance provided after the treatment. When I reached out months later to express my concerns, I was offered another treatment, which felt more like a sales tactic than a genuine attempt to address my issue. It was a disappointing experience, and I can't help but feel that it was more about securing payment than providing value.
