My son tested for FluA and yet the doctor refused to prescribe him medication, claiming side effects even though my son has had the medication before and we have someone with asthma in the household and live in close quarters. Despite contacting him several times post appointment on the office / portal begging him for a prescription, he and nyu nurses ignored us. When we called after hours when no one reached out to us, nyu couldn’t even find him on their system. Very puzzling. 0 stars
