Do not go to this ridiculous place! I went there a few months ago and they never called me back about my vials or anything. I got a piece of mail about a rescheduled doctor's appointment and every single time I called I was sent to a voicemail. I spoke with someone in billing one time and they said they would have someone on the nursing side call me and no one ever called me back. AND THEN they send me to collections! I talk to billing again and they apologize over and over and offered to take off the cost of the vials. I said that I still wanted the shots. And so then they said that they would get the nursing department to get ahold of me about the shots. Well guess what?? Since my account is in collections I cannot get my shots and no one there will even talk to me! The manager there refused to take my calls because my account was sent to collections. I will pay for the doctor visit but I refuse to pay for the vials that they refuse to give me! This place is a joke! I work in healthcare, as a nurse.. and have never known of a more terrible establishment. I will definitely be going elsewhere for my allergy needs!!!!
