Dr. Kneeler and his staff were very kind and comforting. They explained the procedure throughly before beginning. Both Dr. Kneller and Cathy kept asking during the procedure how I was making sure I was comfortable and not in pain. They explained the home care with details. They made sure I was okay to go home not rushing me out especially since I was the last patient of the day no less a Friday evening. Their call the next day was noted and appreciated.
