dr. syeda became rude when I questioned the side effects of a medication I had tried in the past and did not want to go on again, she told me it was her job to inform patients when they are doing a bad job and that I was doing a bad job. Very unprofessional. I’m all for a doctor giving it to me straight, but she was condescending in her attitude and I went to the appointment looking for help. My hope is that more vulnerable patients don’t put up with this type of care and have also spoken up. Sensitivity training should be strongly considered for this “professional”.

My mother had an appointment with Dr. Syeda today, and unfortunately, the visit felt rushed and lacking in care. My mother left feeling unsettled and unheard. She was prescribed prednisone without an explanation of what was causing her pain. We were also told that her thyroid levels were fine, even though several test results were elevated and were the main reason for seeking care. Overall, the experience did not feel attentive or reassuring.
