Dr. Hefner is kind, empathetic, caring and a skilled professional. Her objective of developing a partnership with her patients is not only admirable but effective. She takes the time to get to know you from a holistic perspective which allows her to provide a customized care program. She is truly the best doctor I have ever had and I feel that she is as close to me as any family member or friend. She personifies the definition of patient/doctor relationship.
