Feb 21, 2022
Family member has seen him since 2017. No in office appointments since March 2020. Doesn't follow up with labs and imaging for conditions he is prescribing medicines. Always has to ask for this. Never considers side effects from the drugs or if it is appropriate. Totally inappropriate with doses of pain medications and length of time, Never refers to Northbay pain clinic. Doctors oath is to do no harm.
