I’ve been a patient of Dr. Goldsmith for nearly ten years. In the beginning, the care was excellent and I felt genuinely supported. Over time, though, the experience changed. Appointments began to feel rushed, and I often left feeling more like a number than a patient. Several concerns I brought up were brushed aside or met with, “we don’t have time to discuss that today,” which made it hard to feel heard or prioritized. I’m grateful for the years he did provide solid care, but the ongoing decline in attention and engagement ultimately led me to transition to a new provider. I hope this feedback is helpful for the practice moving forward.
