Dr Jean-Paul Landry in the ER tonight at Liberty Medical Center, needs to go! I just went in to seek help for my daughter who I thought was having stomach issues but turned into a mental health crisis and he YELLED at me while standing over my daughter and told me I needed to get my daughters emotions in check and then continued to mock me and my daughter and laugh at us after I told him to get out of our room and to get me a different provider. The whole nurse station witnessed it. I made a formal complaint with the charge nurse and her supervisor and I hope it continues to get looked into because I should have NEVER been treated that way especially infront of my daughter and then for him to document on her chart that she was having adverse reactions to her medication that she has been on and is continuously monitored for is mind blowing!
