I went in for a regular annual checkup. During the visit, I had asked her for her opinion on some pain I was experiencing to which she couldn't provide any input other than refer me to another doctor. She would not give me my lab test order (which is part of the normal checkup) that day and said I would have to make another appointment, which would be another doctor visit bill. Upon receiving the bill, I saw that she charged for a medical consultation for the pain I had asked about, which she didn't help with other than referring me to another doctor. Dr. Ilarde does not care about you, only about making money.
